Skip to main content’s first 21 days challenge is complete and the results are in. The focus of this challenge was to help keep us motivated with our Pilates practice during lockdown; take those of us who are familiar with the whole repertoire back to basics and those of us who are completely new to matwork can learn a whole new side of the Pilates system.

Tasks and live workouts were shared within our Facebook group. Regular tips and support from Amy and other group members.
