Everybody Pilates is pleased to offer the range of Peak Pilates Certification and Continuing Education Courses.
Peak Pilates® offers premier education in a flexible schedule that's right for you. Our students have access to a full range of classes - from workshops to teacher training certification programs. Our classical philosophy is simple: We teach how to teach and not just what to teach. Classical Pilates is rhythmic, fluid and focused - connecting one movement to the next to build greater strength, flexibility and endurance, and our coaching model heightens each trainee's confidence and capability as an instructor.

Peak Pilates modular certification programs allow you to progress at your own pace. The three-level mat certification and equipment certification programs are sufficiently structured for the new teacher yet rich enough for the experienced trainer. We also offer a comprehensive certification program that combines our equipment certification with the Classical Chair and Barrel Workshops.
Peak Pilates® Mat Certification Program provides a solid foundation in the Classical Mat exercises, while delivering the tools necessary to progress individual clients and group classes safely and effectively in a health club or studio setting. We focus on "real life teaching," helping to prepare for the reality of what happens after the course is finished, and how to set yourself and your class up for success.
All levels teach the corresponding exercises, while layering in Building Blocks, Modifications and Exercise Guidelines designed to make you a more confident and effective teacher. We incorporate how to use the Power Circle for every exercise in the program, as well as how to use props to support clients and help them improve alignment. Students are coached on how to effectively communicate and teach the exercises in a dynamic and impactful format. All levels encompass Peak Pilates's proprietary Five-Part Formula for Success, focusing on professional development and the skills that ensure confidence and mastery.
Intermediate Mat 11th - 13th March 2011
The Peak PilateSystem® (PPS) Series is a multi-level certification program that provides integrated and systematic instruction on the mat, reformer and cadillac.
As you learn the sequencing critical to delivering the System effectively in our three-part progressive format, you benefit from Peak Pilates Formula for Successthe proprietary mentoring/training model that heightens your confidence and capability as an instructor. All three levels are sufficiently structured for the new teacher, yet rich enough for the experienced trainer.
PPS-I is the foundational program in the series. It is designed for the busy student/professional who seeks authentic yet progressive Pilates education in a highly integrated format. PPS-I includes instruction on the mat, reformer and Cadillac (tower end) for beginner through intermediate levels. Through action-oriented coaching, self-evaluation tools and concrete feedback, PPS-I prepares instructors to teach private sessions and small-group classes in a safe, effective and flowing workout.
PPS-II builds on skills learned in PPS-I, and focuses on advancing cueing components, touch techniques, session adaptation and the needs of the more advanced athletic client, in addition to modifications and variations for the special needs client. Learn intermediate through advanced exercises, while deepening the skills needed to teach these exercises in private sessions and small-group classes.
PPS-III is the capstone module, refining and polishing your skills as an exceptional instructor. This course enhances material learned in PPS-II, focusing on guidelines for progressions, touch techniques and advance cueing for all levels of students and small group classes.
Upon successful completion of PPS-I, II and III and four levels of the Classical Chair and Barrel Workshops, as well as a passing score on the comprehensive examination, a Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification will be awarded.
